Hello, how do I update my username sky id because my signing detials is in my name n address but the username is my ex 's name 🙄

Hi @Emma09041   It sounds like the account is in your ex's name. Changing the account holder is not straightforward. It will require credit checks etc., which is why Sky are reluctant to do so. Legally your ex is liable. You could try by contacting Sky and see what they say.

If all you want changed is the username section then I would call Sky and ask to speak to their ID team to see if they can help with this.
