Sky Go does not recognise my Broadband account
There was a problem in the shop when I set up my Sky account so I have seperate accounts for tv and broadband.
sky Go does not recognise my broadband account so I can't log on to make changes or check my bill. It does recognise my account for TV

@Tonyf65 You need to link all your accounts to the one sky ID so you can see everything from that!

@Tonyf65 Sky Go won't erecognise a broadband only account as you would have no TV subs against it. You would only need to use Sky Go to watch TV on a mobile device or laptop not to view accounts.
Both accounts need to be under the same Sky ID for you to view both together. in the MySky app or online.

If you have seperate accounts then you need to create another ID for your broadband and then when you want to access it make sure you are logged into the MySky app with the correct one.
Sky Go is for watching live and on demand TV so as long as your account is linked then it should work as your broadband account plays no part in it.
