How to actually get a payment holiday

I've been round the ringer now being sent to the app and website and back to the assistant and the virtual phone assistant, please does anyone know where I can go to actually get one? My dog passed last month and my grandmother on NYE so money has been tight recently but I can't seem to actually find where to apply for one.

thanks guys 🙂

But remember this only applies to credit items (phone or TV purchases - you cannot use it against subscriptions)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Youan1877   Please note that payment holidays are not available for subscription services. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-payment-holiday

@Youan1877 @sorry about your losses

Further to the advice given, I suggest you look at possible opportunities to reduce Sky and other financial out goings particularly those involving long contracts eg I have a rolling month sim card (Smarty) and buy cheap sim free Chinese mobile phones.

Sky TV is IMHO a luxury not a necessity, which is why I subscribe to Sky's Now TV which is cheaper and much shorter contracts.
