Help with holding off activaton of sky glass

I need help figuring out how to hold off my sky glass activation till start of February. When I ordered it I had the money but because of an accident on my bike that caused my phone to brake I've had to use the money on fixing those and now can't pay for sky glass till I get paid. I've tried the virtual assistant and the number they kept giving me but the ai on either couldn't help

@DarrenBlandford  Bottom line is you can't

it'll automatically activate 21 days after delivery regardless of circumstances

The only option would be to cancel return and re order at a more appropriate time at further additional cost to yourself

Re: Help with holding off activaton of sky glass

@DarrenBlandford I support the suggestion of @SKY1992bf cancel and return while you can.

Hope you are OK following your accident.

Americans have a saying about being "1 paycheck away  from debt". May be this is an opportunity for you to look at your monthly finances as to what comes in and goes out.

Sky can be great but it's a luxury not a necessity. Tying yourself to a potentially long financial contract may not be best.

This advice is kindly made so you don't make the financial mistakes I did 😉
