Phone bill

Ive been paying my phone bill of £42 for over a year now its now jumped up to £58 can anyone tell me why nothing has been changed swabbed everything is the i noticed it with my tv aswell went from £38 to £51 i havent misses any payments

Most likely discounts have ended. Contact Sky and negotiate new ones for Mobile and your Sky TV subscription.
