How do you get a loan extension with Sky

How do I go about getting an extension with Sky on my loan to bring monthly bill costs down?

I've heard that Sky does offer this. As mentioned online on a Sky website if I am struggling with bill paying, which I am.

How to put in place a loan extension, without calling in?

I think you may be thinking of a Payment Holiday but this only applies to Glass or Mobile subscriptions.

@Nicole114 You would have to call Sky to arrange the loan extension, there is no way to do it online.

@Daniel0210 Sky offer/advertise loan extensions(different to the payment holiday) , it allows for the loan to be extended by 12 months to reduce the monthly costs, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-loan-term-extension
