Overdue amount but sky is cancelled

Can someone help me please?!

sky are saying I have an overdue amount owing but I do not have sky tv etc anymore!

How did you cancel ?

Did you receive an email from Sky confirming the cancellation ?

Did you cancel your payment method too quickly? Payments continue during a notice period and as bills are generated 14 days before your payment date there could well have been another one to pay (albeit part of it would have been reimbursed in due course).
