Payment confirmation

I've just selected the broadband package I want to go with, went through payment and post payment was taken to a Sky page. But the page was blank, as though it couldn't load, and I haven't received a confirmation email to confirm whether this payment/ product has gone through

Hi @Emily174   What do you mean, taken to a Sky page? If this was a 3rd party site, you need to tell them the link is broken.
