How do I get to speak to somebody who can reset my 78 year old deaf fathers account creds

I am deperately trying to get my dad back into his sky account...

We changed the password last week and that is not working now. I also cannot use the same memorable information that I used last week to reset his creds again todat - I am getting an error.

I can not log into his email either, whcih I could last week.

He is talking about not being able to sign up to a new service? EMail he thinks, which he could not do as he could not get through the visial checks on his tablet.

I am 300 miles and 5 hours away and the guy on the phone is saying the only way I am going to be able to sort this is to be standing next to him and make the phone call and ask him the questions that he will probably not know the answer too...

This does not feel very supportove of his disability... there must be an easier way please....

@idwalton72  Unless you are the account holder Sky won't speak to you, however has your father registered with the accessibility team who have a range of contact options available?  https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/

All I can do is register for the text relay service at the moment

He has no clue what any of his stuff is and he gets confused talking to me - he is going to be really flustered talking to them 😐

@idwalton72  Unless you have the authority to speak on his behalf your options are extremely limited.
