New customer. First bills £10 broadband admin fee
So,
first bills.
I had problems initially with broadband and needed to have an extra booster supplied.
working great now,
happy with sky.
I just do not understand what the broadband admin fee of £10 is actually for?
Before I phone (still a bit tired from the numerous calls about my broadband not working) and have a bit of pot luck with their customer service just wanted to ask the community?

Admin fees are usually added to a discounted offer that has been applied to the account.
