Home move broadband has doubled in cost

Hi I moved into a new home on Saturday 14th September, I set up my home move a couple of weeks in advance and I was originally paying £19.00 for Ultrafast broadband. In my new house there is not currently full fibre, so I have been put on Superfast instead which is fine. I was told that the cost would be the same regardless. However when I look at my future bills it is saying they are £40, not £19.00! I assume some discount that was applied hasn't been included which needs to be. I tried to speak to someone at Sky the other day about it and after attempting to get through on the phone to a human 8 times he eventually advised me that I needed to wait until after the engineer had been. He came and went yesterday, and it is still showing my bills as £40 a month for the broadband. Can anyone please help me with this?

You'll have to call Sky again - I don't think the other customers here can help you.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As customers here we can't help other than to advise you to either call Sky again or register a complaint giving Sky the details of who and when you were told you would be paying £19, give them the date and time you spoke to the so they can listen to what was said to you:
