I'm trying to change my email address associated with my sky id, but whenever I do in the My Sky app when editing My details it says Error, Try again! Does anyone one have any other ideas on how to do this please?

Thanks guys, I clicked the link, then logged in with my current details, edited my existing email address, typed in both boxes with the new one (not a Sky a email address) and still get the Error message, tried several times, but it's the same. Any other suggestions please?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

My issue is Exactly the same as mentioned in the first post by Jimothy18

OK thanks Lisa, I'll consider phoning them, because my Sky ID is an old BigFoot-email, and BigFoot have now terminated, so I’m thinking if someone at Sky decided to email me using the BigFoot iD address I would not receive the message.
