I can't link my broadband account details to my existing Sky ID, leaving me unable to access my contract, bills or parental controls. Every time I try to do so through the account management pages it either tells me there's a problem and to try again later, or fails to load the page at all. I am trying to access this so that I can enable my PS5 to connect to the broadband as it seems to be blocked. It connects to the wifi but has no internet access. All my other devices are fine though...

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
