How do I speak to a person via live chat to confirm I'm not going to be charged for trials recently added to my account? The virtual assistant directs me either to the community or to call....

Are deaf customers pushed from chat to phone call? If so that should be fixed
I don't really feel like a forum is the place to discuss account specifics
