The phone line won't let me proceed until I've set up a direct debit which I already have

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MEYAMEYA if services are restricted then as well as setting up a new continuous payment method such as a direct debit, you also need to pay any outstanding amount manually via credit or debit card via your online sky account
