Hi I've paid my balance in full but I'm still not getting all my channels. I've tried reinstating

Hi I've paid my balance in full but my account is still saying restricted. So I'm not able to watch any of my channels. I paid the balance on the 23rd and shows zero owed, but still nothing can anyone help

Have you also setup a payment method on your account like a card one or a direct debit as this needs to be done before your services are restored.

@Oneeyedfred  Services will be reinstated onve payment has cleared as the 23rd was Friday and the last 4 days have been bank holidays it's unlikley payment will clear for another couple of days at least.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes I've set up a direct debit..but think it's probably the bank holidays as the other person suggested
