Hi I've paid my balance in full but my account is still saying restricted. So I'm not able to watch any of my channels. I paid the balance on the 23rd and shows zero owed, but still nothing can anyone help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you also setup a payment method on your account like a card one or a direct debit as this needs to be done before your services are restored.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Oneeyedfred Services will be reinstated onve payment has cleared as the 23rd was Friday and the last 4 days have been bank holidays it's unlikley payment will clear for another couple of days at least.
