I Hav received an email from Sky saying they will help pay off my debt up to 150. Has anyone else received this email?

Are you in debt to Sky, if so what does this email say to do ?

They want me back as a customer and will pay up to £150 to pay off any payment owed. It all looks genuine but contacting Sky is a nightmare. I'm currently in an email discussion with an agent. Just waiting on a reply. I'm very suspisious about stuff like this. Just wondered if anyone else had received this email.

If there are no links in the email and that it asks you to call then it could be legit but you are correct to be cautious about it.

I haven't seen anyone else reporting that they have got on of these but I wouldn't read to much into that.

It's not unknown for Sky to make offers such as this. Just be sure your source of contact with Sky is genuine.
