If you're still monitoring the thread having immediately closing your Community account, in case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

For older bills you have to submit a subject access request https://www.sky.com/help/forms/customer-information-request

These can take up to 28 days to be actioned.

@Anonymous You would need to call sky to request these and their is likely to be a charge per bill
