I asked Sky to help me and all the care about is the contract and how much money they are making

I already contacted Sky about this and they would not do anything about it unless she dies, the Sky account is in my girlfriend(partners) name and she is in hospital with pneumonia and her lugs are not working properly anymore so now its just a waiting game when she will die, shes on a ventilator so has a tube in the mouth and is in a induce coma so no way of her talking to Sky at all and because I am not the account holder and shes under contract till 2025 they will not change anything, only when shes dead.
I pay for Sky it come out of my bank account for 14 years, I pay for it because I wanted it, she has never paid for it, you can see it on the account, if I use my user name and password I can sign into her account with it so my signing is connected to her account, I had to move out of her flat so can not use SkyQ or broadband, I had to enable the Unlimited Data(£40 a month) on my phone(Sky Mobile) so I can watch Netflix here in my flat.
I move out of her flat because when she dies the council will take it back, its in her name, I was her carer so took care of her and did the things she couldn't do, she has COPD.
So the Sky bill will now be like £200 a month (Sky Q and Broadband=£103+Sky Mobile=£57, Unlimited Data+£40, I need Sky Q + Sky Mini box and broadband cut for the time being otherwise I am paying for something I can not use.

Here is a picture of her in hostital in a indused coma, she being in there for 2 months now.

This is when contracts become a problerm and are more important then someones life, you can not take it with you when you go.

Sky are bound by data protection regulations. They simply can't accept instructions from you because you're not the accountholder. It's a legal/regulatory issue rather than a lack of compassion. You may want to consider investigating whether you can obtain power of attorney to act on your partner's behalf.

I posted that link earlier then removed as it includes…
We only accept documentation from Property & Financial PoAs, NOT from Health and Welfare PoAs.
so not sure it would apply, and especially with the account holder being in an induced coma?

I believe that is correct because it would be an instruction on financial matters.
