Help with Refer a Friend

I have been trying to access the Refer-A-Friend page on my account, but I keep encountering a login error. I am able to log in to my account and use all other options without any issues.

I contacted customer service and received a WhatsApp link that activated after a 30-minute wait. After an hour of exchanging messages with an advisor, I was informed that they couldn't assist me and suggested I email referafriend@sky.uk. I followed this advice and received a response with the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear the cache and cookies on my device.

  2. Try accessing the portal using different web browsers or devices.

  3. Attempt to access the site during non-peak hours.

Unfortunately, despite trying all these steps, I still encounter the login error.

I would greatly appreciate it if I could speak to a human representative directly to resolve this issue, as email and WhatsApp communication have not been effective.😥

...then the only option is to go ahead and call Sky

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Could you please provide me with a number to contact Sky where I can speak directly to a human advisor?

I always receive an automated response after answering the default questions, directing me to a WhatsApp link to start a chat. I find it quite frustrating trying to resolve issues via text messages.


I understand it's a sign of the times, but as someone from an older generation, I still prefer speaking to an actual person.

There is no direct number.  All calls are triaged by the IVR - I believe remaining silent may connect you to the next advisor.

Thanks I will try that and see what happens, hopefully I will be able to speak with a human customer advisor instead of interacting with an artifical intelligence robot. 🤖 😥

Problem fixed in 5mins after speaking to an advisor!!
This is after going back and forth for days with whatsapp and emails.
