Hi, my husband (removed) has an account with sky.. he is unhappy with the increase bill, so spoke to someone on the phone who could not give him a better deal. I can't see any information about the account when log in, so wonder is it cancelled and if so, can I become a new customer?

Your post was temporarily removed as you've provided the account holders name and address on a public forum. The post will return once moderated. 

Any cancellation would be followed by an email acknowledging the cancellation and would also involve a notice period.

 

Even so you couldn't join up (as a new customer) just because your husband cancels. That would not be allowed.
