If you have a continuous payment method set up like a direct debit you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will now appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This will automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would suggest not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

Thanks, that means now they will withdraw money from my account, and those I have deposited will use it for the next month, right?

If you have a credit on your bill that will be used to pay your next bill. So going forward you do not need to make any payments as you have done here as Sky will taken the payment each month from you.

As explained already, the £28 has gone onto your account as a credit and will be used to pay or part pay next months bill.
