Hi,
I referred a friend and once they had activated their account and waited for the first bill I received an email stating that I could claim my reward. I clicked on the button to claim it which said I'd claimed the reward and that I'd get an email with full details about what I can use it for etc. and I've not received any email. I checked all junk mail too just in case. Time is getting on now and I don't want to lose the reward! I've tried calling numerous times and keep getting sent the link to use the online chat bot but that's no good as it tells me to call. It's becoming hugely frustrating! Today I've called again and they are saying there is no-one manning the phones as all on essential training which is even more ridiculous. Please can someone assist or escalate me to a chat with a meme re if Sky please 🙏🏻 I'm getting close to just cancelling Sky altogether as it's impossible to talk to them.

@caesarome I called that number and another one too and both the same. Always kicks me off the call. Even tried saying 'no' when it asked me if I wanted to try the steps sent in the text and then just says all agents are unavailable and hangs up on me. Beyond irritating.
