Have just had an email saying that I have not been paying the correct amount on my account, what doe

Have had email to say that I haven't been paying enough on my account,I would like more information about this

@Min8  are you sure it's genuinely from sky 

 

does it address you by name which it should do or by dear user or customer which it shouldn't

Does this email also have a link in that says it will go to your account because if it does and what @SKY1992bf  has said then that email isn't from Sky so mark it as spam.
