Get a refund of a credit balance

I recently switched from Sky Q to sky stream. Sky have deducted monthly payments for skystream, plus a full month of sky Q (I was told this, but on return of my equipment would be credited). I can see a credit on my sky Q account, but how do I get this refunded or applied to my sky stream account?

@Teepeagle  If you have Sky Broadband any credit on Sky Q is nomrally used towards future broadband bills.

If you don't have Sky broadband refunds can take atound 6 weeks.
