My husband has dementia. I want to change the account into my name as he can no longer speak on the phone. Is this possible and if so how is it done

Find out moreIt can't automatically be done but in your circumstances it may be worth you registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future especially if you have power of attorney. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
