Family member moved into care home

A family member has moved into a care home how do I go about cancelling her sky subscription please 🙂

If you are the account holder you would need to call Sky and give the required 31 days notice for the TV and 14 days for broadband and talk.

 

If you are not the account holder do you have the power of attorney ?
