Extra charges for texts

I have unlimited calls and texts however I have been charged £44 for extra texts

Are they mms picture messages which are charged at 95p each?

'Unlimited' calls and texts relate to inclusive numbers only and for texts only the SMS protocol.

If you've texted outside the inclusive numbers (01, 02, 03 and 07) or your device has used the MMS protocol (for large SMS or with pictures/emoji's) then they are chargeable.

Ive had the same £67!

Its becuase we've done the message as a large group text message. Even though text messages are free if you do it as a group message you get charged as a MMS picture message, total rip off

That's what your device decides to do.  I recommend turning off the MMS protocol to prevent this.

The tariff is clear on MMS charges.

This is one of the message I was charged for  the phone doesn't say MMS it says SMS
