Extra charge

Hi , I have spoken to someone few weeks ago regarding my bill and I was told that within 4/5 working days £38 will be refunded in my account, I didn't receive any funds for over a week now

What was the refund for and is it showing as a credit on your Sky account?

@Raihanshahzad1  If a credit isn't showing on your Sky account, you will need to speak to sky directly again
