Equipment returned but still being requested for payment

I cancelled my subscription in May 2024 and returned all my equipment within the allocated time.  I have a proff of posting for this.

 

I confimred with Sky Agent that the account was closed and there was no out standing fees.

 

I still receiving email and now text saying that Ive been reffered to a debtcollection service.

 

Please help 😕

@Daveed_P  Now that the debt has been passed on to debt collectors you can only deal with them 

 

when they contact you state that you dispute the charges and show them the proof they will then go back to sky
