End in credit
My account is in credit, I cancelled a while ago. I accepted a cheque that never got delivered but now my account is saying its not in credit. How do I actually contact and not get a bot. I want an email address to raise this with.

Re: End in credit
Sky don't use email for general communication. All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
