Issue with Changes on Sky Website

Hi Sir/Madam,

 

I recently tried to make changes to my products on the Sky website, including my billing information. After making the changes, I clicked on the basket and then selected "Confirm Changes." However, I received a message stating, "Sorry, we hit a problem. Please try again." I attempted to do this multiple times but am still facing the same issue.

 

I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem.

@Dunc9999 this is a forum of other Sky Customers not a method of contacting Sky customer services.

 

I'd suggest you either call Sky or reach out to them via the Sky Help Team social media accounts on X or Facebook.

My bills change for Sky Broadband with Sky Talk Anytime, also including Sky Sports (price reduced from £34 to £29). That's what I click on them.
