Is there a postal contact address for Sky? They've done a brilliant job of hiding their email address if there is one.

Sky don't use email for general communication.

Is your issue something we can advise on?

Actually look online and you will find forms to complain or cancel if you've been given a package you never agreed on for example (that happened to me). They have to acknowledge them and you might get strange responses as I did but keep a screenshot of what you have sent so you have a trace, and a reference number.
