Early release from contract
We have been a Sky tv customer for over 40 years. We tried to cancel our contract last October when we moved house but were told we had a new 2 year contract. We have paid £107 per month for a year & can't pay this for another year. We need to cancel this contract

Re: Early release from contract
If you are in the minimum term of a contract then Sky are within their rights to make you see the contract out, if this is the case the only way they might release you is if you agree to pay the remainder of the contract off so give them a call to see what they say as you can't cancel it via here as we are customers here who help each other.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Early release from contract
@Steve4610 Unfortunately the terms and conditions you agreed to explicitly state you can't cancel unless sky agrees to release you
as they have previously refused your request the likelihood they will agree now are slim but all you can do is call sky and ask the question
