Early Termination Charge from previous Provider

When we signed up to move our BB and TV, we're advised that we could claim any early termination charge from our old provider. How do we proceed this.

@Austin

You, the customer pays the early termination fees and Sky subsequently reimburses you by way of a credit being added to your Sky account.

Sky will credit back up to £200 for broadband and up to £100 for TV. Please read below about Sky switching credit...

You must provide a copy of the bill from your previous provider where you have been charged the early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have now paid it (specifically the early termination fees). You need to send this to Sky by email to [email protected]
