E-gift card not available
I contacted Sky a while ago asking for support in respect of my e-gift card I’m due for signing up for Sky Broadband. I have not received a response other than an email asking me to complete a ridiculously long survey on my satisfaction (albeit in this instance total dissatisfaction) of home my unresolved issue had been dealt with. Long story short, after signing up for Sky Broadband I received a text message with a gift card activation link on 01-Sept-2025 that didn’t do anything but take me to a web page detailing the retailers it could be used at. Has anyone else experienced this problem before and how did you get it resolved. I've tried all online help, articles and the virtual assistant and, as above, sent a message directly to Sky, yet none have offered any assistance at all.

Re: E-gift card not available
@PJ71 Who was the company that you signed up with to get the Gift, the promotion would be with them! See if the sky link below is off any use!
Giftcloud voucher enquiries | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Re: E-gift card not available
Did you get a email like this?
Mine prompted to me chose retailers or a pre-paid master card.
I chose a mastercard and gave option of virtual card or actual card with a fee of £5.
Did you read the instructions carefully 😊
