@AliG3 I additon to all the other replies no one from Sky could possible know who you are, nothing can or even will happen in response to your post.
If there is no account under your name with Sky then I can't see how they would be able to remove a search, you may need to raise a dispute with the Credit reference agency.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
