It's been more than 6 weeks and I have not received my refund, is there a way to escalate this?
I cancelled my broadband with Sky in July 2025 and it's been showing as a -£55 credit in my account for 2 months now and i've not received anything.

By all means give Sky a call to,request a manual refund. At the moment the Community messaging service,isn't available.
