Duplicate tnt subscription on hbo max

Good afternoon everyone I currently have a subscription for tnt through ee and logged into hbo via my sky stream puck and it seems to have duplicated my tnt subscription, ive spoken with hbo ee and discovery and none of them can do anything about it, ive checked my Sky account and it shows hbo basic but no tnt sport im absolutely stumped as to where this subscription has come from i dont want to be charged 30.99 when i get tnt for free from ee, any advice would be most welcome

That's the 'free' version of HBO Max which is bundled with Sky as of today (26/03/26)

I'm stumped as to why there's a tnt duplicate subscription of 30.99

as I get it for free with ee

did you use the same email address that is registered on your ee tnt sports account to register for hbo basics with sky

I have the same thing

I have 3 active subscriptions

Basic with ads - Billed through sky

TNT sports (Monthly) - billed through ee

And a TNT Sports plan for 30.99 billed through Discovery Communications Benelux B.V. - No idea why this is here and where it has come from.

I spoke to an HBO agent yesterday evening and they said that it was it wasnt them. So is this an hangover from the transition to hbo from discovery or will sky be trying to take 30.99 from me in may???

From what you have posted it looks perhaps like an issue with the transition from your EE included TNT sports from Discovery + to HBO Max. Particularly as the 30.99 charge is coming through Discovery. If it were added in any way via Sky it would be billed via Sky.

You might have been billed though Discovery for the second  tnt sport but as you account is with ee and sky, how are going to take the payment? Dose Discovery have your card details? If they don't they going have a job getting it anyway

@Dale26  Try logging into HBO max via their website only locate the above image and see if there is a manage subscription on the bottom option that is billed via discovery and see if your able to cancel it

I have checked my HBO subscriptions today, and the 30.99 subscription has disappeared. Check yours.
