Credit on account

I received an email stating I had a credit on my account. Can only assume it's from my previous account and not the new one I have taken out.
I called the number and it says to receive a cheque press (1 I think) that will be sent to my address.

the issue I have is I don't live at that address any longer. I canceled my old account as I was moving out. My new place wasn't ready for a straight home swap. I've since taken out a new account but not sure what address the credit would be sent to.

can anyone help?

@KR05   I dare say it would be your old address where the old account was registered to, we can ask the community messaging team to reach out to you tomorrow if you wish.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Credit on account

Yes please as I can't seem to find an option to check the address or change it. Or even to add it to my new account

@KR05   To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team. This link explains how it works https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/My-post-has-been-escalated/ba-p/3711147#M1014

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble which will be from tomorrow morning onwards.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
