Does the One-Touch System actually work with Virgin Media

I was told my a Sky customer services rep that the One-Touch System does work with VM, but upon looking at my VM account today, nothing has happened.    So I have now had to give 30 days notice to VM as I'm paying for both.

I have found this form here asking for credit,

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer

But it would be better if it just worked properly in the first place.

Anyone from Sky able to offer any facts?

One touch switching does work with broadband and phone services. It 's not designed for tv services.

@MrAndyStorey  Yes in theory it should work but only for broadband services, it doesn't apply to tv services

The Ofcom OTS system was expanded to bring in Virgin Broadband and the other altnet ISPs in September 2024.

Re: Does the One-Touch System actually work with Virgin Media

Thanks very much for all of your help. It is much appreciated!

I've opted to give VM 30 days' notice, and hopefully will claim the last 30 days using the switching credit offer. 🤞

Thankfully, moving my Netflix billing over to Sky was nice and simple 👍
