Disney+ linking issue
Hi, I need my code beginning: SKY-GB-DISNEY- as my subscription has not been linked to Disney+ correctly. I've contacted the Disney+ Help and they have told me I need this code so they can fix things?

Re: Disney+ linking issue
You need to contact Sky in the first instance as per this and ask for your partner ID of which you can then give to Disney for help (under I linked the wrong email address):
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

I am sorry that code dose not mean any thing to us. Have a Disney + account direct with Disney. If so all need to do to activate and link to Sky is go to the Disney + app on your Sky box and follow the instructions using your Disney +.log in details to activate though Sky you can also activate though the my Sky app

Re: Disney+ linking issue
Thanks. I tried to contact Sky directly via the fantástic automated helpline and it said I should post a question here...

Re: Disney+ linking issue
I've already done all of this and my Sky app thinks it's all linked up correctly - however it's not and Disney+ can't find a subscription on any of my email addresses... Theyve said I need to contact Sky and get my code...

Yes, I think you're correct. I'm guessing it means another phone call... thanks for your help 👍

What do you see on screen when try and login on the Disney app on your Sky box?

Re: Disney+ linking issue
Did you ever solve this? I've spent hours on the phone with them both, going round in circles, being asked for IDs that the other company doesn't recognise. Losing the will to live.
