paid my bill

i paid my bill today but i still keep getting messages saying i haven't paid it when i have so don't put late fee on as usual it's paid

How do you normally pay, continuous card payment or direct debit? When is your payment date?

Did you make a manual payment as the chances are it has gone onto your account so has not paid the bill so is this what has happened ?
