Direct debit

More than 3 times sky have taken direct debit out in one month and on a Saturday no one seems to be open! Has anyone else had this issue? Seems like a comreg issue it seems!

@Skyzer have you checked your Sky bills for the amounts taken? They will provide an explanation.

Are you a new customer to Sky because if so you will be billed twice within the first month so what shows here:

Sadly not a new customer, change billing method 2 months ago and seem to just take reoccurring payment even if bill is paid, when contacting they say nothing was taken, must be issue with billing
