my  payments have been messed up since my new contract i have complained on several occations

and phoned  i agreed 84 65 for a pakage charged correct then next month 125 60 so phoned again and agreed back to 82 40

charged 43 20 that montrh now 125 96 getting very fed up onthhe verge  of cancell

please explain what  is going on with my payments

i was told i would be compensated for over payment but it  is just a mess please  explain  the issue please resolve this issue

We're other customers here...  We can't see your account.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
