It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

@caesarome - I left sky Q and a few days later they pulled me back in with the stream product so have £138 shwoing as a credit on the sky Q account which looks separate to the newly setup stream account. They said it would get credited back within 60 days but its day 64 now so was wondering when it will come back. I left the payment DD in place so should just be an easy thing to sort. Thanks for reading.

Please can someone explain how I get my credit refunded we cancelled our sky back in September but have not had refund
