Hi I cancelled my broadband earlier in the year - last payment was taken in June. I have over £60 in credit on the account, but I haven't recieved a refund yet. Is there anything I can do to speed this up? Thanks Corin

Yes, if you contact Sky they'll be able to make manual refund which takes around 5 days.
