New contract and no contact

Who knows how to get through Sky customer service. I putchase sky broadband there is some issues but number provided doesn't work, nobody cares nobody called ? Who to contact with?

number on the website is 18 *00855 * 747 and its says -sorry the number you dial is not avaiable..

Are you in UK or RoI?

Are you in Ireland? I don't recognise that number.

 

Try Sky's help here: https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/join-sky-broadband/our-broadband-packages

 

Make,sure the flag,in the bottom right hand corner,is set correctly - UK or Ireland - then choose the FAQ.

 

If you scroll to the bottom and tap on still need,help, you'll be offered contact numbers etc. They're slow to load, so  be patient!
