We could normally escalate this to Sky via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be for a 2-3 weeks. You will need to call Sky and speak to an agent. Either they will reinstate your payment method and reimburse within 3-5 working days or arrange a cheque to be posted out to you which will take much longer.
